These terms govern your use of A Place to Feel, a mood tracking application published by Intentional Labs Ltd. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
A Place to Feel lets you log your daily moods, track emotional patterns over time, and write personal notes. The app stores your entries locally on your device. If you create an account, your data may be synced to our servers so you can access it across devices.
You may use A Place to Feel without an account. If you choose to create one (via Apple, Google, or email), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
A Place to Feel offers a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued access to the full app requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple's support.
Your mood entries, notes, and any personal information you provide belong to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
If you create an account, your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You may export your data at any time from the Account section of the app. You may also delete your account and all associated data at any time — this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use A Place to Feel for its intended purpose as a personal mood tracking tool. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, access other users' data, or use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.
A Place to Feel is a personal journaling and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or your local emergency services.
We aim to keep A Place to Feel available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the app, change features, or modify these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intentional Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of A Place to Feel. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You may stop using A Place to Feel at any time by deleting the app. If you have an account, you can delete it from the Account section, which will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
